Hours are valid for a period of one year from date of purchase. They can be used on weekdays between the hours 09:00 - 16:00. Prior to hours being spent, designer and client agrees on scope of work and deadline.
Hours cannot be used on development of new logo, website or packaging. Hours are ONLY for maintenance of existing brands/product packaging/website and minor updates. Nor can it be expected that the designer can jump on same day emergency tasks.
